Provide Student Interpreters
The Library will work with the American Sign Language Interpreting Education Program at NTID to have student interpreters volunteer to work at points of service within the Library as part of their course study requirements. This would mitigate the communication barrier and improve customer service during staff interactions with deaf patrons and student workers.
