RIT Library is committed to protecting the privacy of our patrons.
We will not disclose information to any third party pertaining
to a library user’s identity, affiliations, materials or general
records, without a court ordered subpoena, in accordance with Article
45 Section 4509 of the New York State Consolidated Laws for Civil
Practice Laws and Rules.
