Opportunities for SupportRIT Special Collections
Growth of RIT Special Collections [Graphic Design Archives, The NTID/RIT Deaf Studies Archives, RIT Photo Archives and many others] provide RIT researchers with access to unique artifacts in the arts, and photography as well as RIT’s History.
Support for improved access, a unified managerial approach and marketing of these collections is needed. Our plans include expansion of storage space for holdings, the provision of digital access, and development of useable finding aids.
Additionally, your support will help sponsor student internship opportunities, purchase much needed preservation and conservation supplies, and assist with the development of an acquisitions and records management system to catalog this unique material.
