What is netLibrary?

netLibrary allows you to read full-text electronic books online (sorry, there is no download feature to read offline), search ebooks simultaneously, and conduct full-text searches of every word in every ebook in our subscription.

RIT Library and other libraries across New York state have joined together to purchase access to approximately 4,700 eBook titles which make up the Nylink Custom Library collection. In addition the Public Collection contains public domain eBooks that are freely available to everybody.

Log on by selecting the "click here to connect" button above, at right.

Search for ebooks by title, author, subject, keyword,  or publisher.

Actively view ebooks online in 15-minute increments.

Set up a personal netLibrary account to create a list of Favorites, make notes in individual full-text eContent items, and customize your account preferences.

Print, or copy & paste (limit: print one page at a time, copy up to 5,000 characters at a time).
