Faculty Class/Consultation Request Form

 
 

Faculty can use this form to request library or computer technology instruction for your classes. Students learn more from course-integrated library and technology instruction that focuses on a topic for a specific assignment, such as a graded essay or research paper. Please keep this in mind when considering how best to use our services.
With advanced notice the librarian will provide in-class instruction on the use of information sources and products. Instruction may be in your own classroom or in the library's Bibliographic Laboratory (BibLab), a classroom equipped to provide students with a supervised hands-on experience.

Faculty consultations with librarians on designing effective information access assignments or integrating information technology into the course curricula are also encouraged.
